CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Cancellations are only accepted on Custom Wigs and Wig Construction Services (You provide the hair wigs). It is not valid on Styled and Ready to Ship Wigs.

If you need to cancel an order you have within 48 hrs of your original purchase date to email us and notify us @ hello@divinelydesignedhair.com

Cancellations will result in a $20 restocking fee.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not accepted. Once a wig has been touched/worn it is not able to be resold.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

  • All orders come with a Tracking Number
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office here
